Stopped here on a whim due to delayed traffic going west on I 70 and we will definitely be back. The food is very good and the service was excellent!

Surprised to find a Vietnamese place in this tiny town. The pho was on par with what I've had in Vietnamese restaurants in Los Angeles and Houston, which is saying a lot. The broth was spicier than expected, possibly due to jalapeño or black pepper. A small size pho, combination meat option, was more than enough for my dinner. Lovely patio out next to the creek with string lights. My partner got a vermicelli bowl, which he enjoyed - note this style of noodle is usually served at room temperature. Servers were nice. Seems like some local families were having a get together and enjoying boba tea. Great place!
Surprised to see a pho restaurant while driving through the mountains of Colorado. Had to stop and try it. Glad I did. Beautiful scenery, and the staff were super nice. I came close to closing time, so they had run out of tripe for their pho, but that's on me for showing up late. Broth was delicious!
